OK. Just wondering if this will change anyone's mind no the case of the fat woman vs. her doctor who told her she wouldn't find a man if she didn't lose weight.
Turns out her complaint was based on the fact that he also made race an issue saying:
"Let's face it, if your husband were to die tomorrow, who would want you? Well, men might want you, but not the types you want to want you. Might even be a black guy."
Senior Assistant Attorney General Richard Head, who leads the state Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau, said Tuesday the woman complained about the racial remark, not about being lectured.
In a telephone interview Tuesday from Rochester, Bennett denied any wrongdoing and defended his message to her, saying he has read polls that say black men prefer overweight women..

Oh my.
Are we willing to say now that his comments might have been a wee bit inappropriate? How exactly is this different than the remarks Mexican President Vincente Fox made? You know the: "Mexicans take jobs even the blacks don't want" remarks?
Lots of people thought there had to be more to the story to justify the Medical Board actually looking into it. Seems like they were right.
