The Carnival of Compassion is designed to be by, for and about patients. I've actually submitted posts on several previous occasions. Posts that told the stories of various people I meet. And no previous host deigned to include my posts. I understand that the Carnival is supposed to be a support network for patients, and in most of these posts I was not the patient. But I was tellng their stories.
Well, finally someone wants to share those stories! In this week's Carnival of Compassion Kerrie from the Daily Headache not only kindly linked to my submitted post, about my friend's father who was turned away from his first chemo appt. because a form wasn't properly filed. She also found my post about the Doubtful Mom who disagreed with the doctor's diagnosis about her child.
So thanks! And be sure to check out this week's Carnival of Compassion.
