Grand Rounds is up at Donor Cycle

I've been so busy the last few weeks (working on BlogHer Conference '06 natch) that I haven't submitted to Grand Rounds in a while. But I really wanted to share my post about how a well-meaning guy spoke to my BlogFriend with diabetes, as chronicled here.
